No, remote installation is not possible. Due to Android security restrictions, you must have physical access to the target device for installation. SpySoftware requires manual setup, which involves downloading and installing the app on the phone. Once installed, it operates silently and starts syncing data to your secure online dashboard.

SpySoftware is designed to operate in stealth mode. It does not appear on the home screen or app drawer. However, tech-savvy users may detect it through unusual battery usage or background data consumption in system settings.

You need physical access to the target device for around 5 minutes. Open a secure web link on the phone, download the SpySoftware APK file, and install it. Once installed, log in with your credentials, and the app begins monitoring in stealth mode.

Data begins syncing within a few minutes after installation, provided the device has an active internet connection. Some data types like call logs or GPS may appear sooner, while app usage or messages may take slightly longer to populate.

SpySoftware can still collect data offline. However, it needs an internet connection to upload that data to your dashboard. Once the target device reconnects to the internet, all stored data will be synced automatically.

No, data is not lost. SpySoftware stores all recorded data locally on the device when it's offline. As soon as internet access is restored, all pending data is automatically uploaded to your secure dashboard.

A constant internet connection is not mandatory, but regular internet access is required to sync data with your account. The app will store logs while offline and upload them once internet becomes available.

If your dashboard shows the device as offline, it means the target phone is not connected to the internet or the app's background permissions are restricted. Ensure mobile data/Wi-Fi is active and background activity for the app is enabled.

You can access all monitored data from your SpySoftware online dashboard. Each data type — SMS, calls, locations, etc. — is organized in a user-friendly control panel for easy tracking.

No. SpySoftware only logs SMS messages that are sent or received after installation. If an SMS is deleted before being synced to the server, it cannot be recovered.

Make sure the target device is connected to the internet. SpySoftware requires an active connection to upload monitored data. Without internet access, data will not appear in your account.

Ensure the following settings are enabled on the target phone:
- Notifications for social media apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook)
- Notification access permission for SpySoftware
- Accessibility Services are enabled
These permissions are essential for social media monitoring.

To use Live Recording:
1. Click "Delete Pending Request" (note: previous recordings will be erased).
2. Refresh the page and ensure a green dot appears in the top panel.
3. Click "Start Live Recording".
4. Stop it after a few minutes.
5. Wait 10–20 minutes, then refresh the page.
6. The recording should now be available in your dashboard.

Steps to apply call restrictions:
1. Ensure the device shows as online (green dot in top panel).
2. Enter the number you want to block (no country code needed).
3. Select restriction type: Incoming, Outgoing, or Both.
4. Click the "Add" button.
5. Wait for the status to change from "In-Queue" to "Applied".
Note: The device must remain online during this process.

Possible reasons include:
- Another call recording app is installed, which conflicts with SpySoftware.
- Battery saver or security apps (e.g., Clean Master, CM Security) are killing background apps.
- Some devices only support their built-in recorder, not third-party apps.
- Large recording files may be delayed or skipped due to upload limitations.
For best results, ensure the app is the only recorder and that background services are not restricted.

Location tracking requires:
- Location Services to be enabled on the device
- GPS set to “High Accuracy” mode
- Internet access for syncing data
If any of these are disabled, real-time updates may be delayed or unavailable.
